Is Your Will at Browell Smith & Co?

If you are the executor of an estate where the person who wrote the will has died and we hold the original will, you will require the original document to deal with the administration of the estate.

At Browell Smith & Co we offer a free meeting with the executors to read the will. All executors will need to be present and we will need:

  • A certified copy of the death certificate
  • Both photographic ID and proof of address for each of the executors

Whilst the person who wrote the will is still alive we cannot release the will to the executors or any other party.
